Our goal is to provide you with exciting, clean and safe inflatables and exceptional customer service to ensure that your event is enjoyed by all. Where can the inflatable be set up?
The inflatable unit can be set up on any level area whether it's grass, concrete or asphalt. The area should be clear of all obstacles including sticks, stones, sharp objects, sprinklers, etc. No overhead power lines or trees should be present because they present an issue of safety and may interfere with the unit. They should be located away from pools and/or waterfronts. You may email us a picture of the proposed site for us to review.
How much room do I need?
This will be dependent on the inflatable that you are renting. Please refer to the particular inflatable on our website for the sizes.
Can I pick up the unit?
Sorry, due to the safety of the participants and to insure a quality functional unit our staff is required to deliver, set up and break down each unit.
What is the power requirements?
The unit(s) will require a 110V outlet. The outlet must be located within 100 feet of the unit. The outlet should be free of other items requiring electricity. A generator is available for rental if needed.
How do I reserve the equipment?
Call Bounce, Inc. (251) 639-7308 to schedule your event. At that time, we will check availability of our inventory against the date that the customer is requesting. Also, at this time, a 25% or $100 deposit (whichever is the lesser of the rental total) is required to book your event. Tents will require $100 deposit.
How far in advance should I reserve the equipment?
We are always taking reservations for equipment. The sooner you call the better the chance of securing the inflatable that you want. Most equipment during the summer season gets booked 6-8 weeks in advance.
Where do you deliver to?
Delivery is FREE for those located within 35 miles of West Mobile (Cottage Hill / Schillinger Road area). Please call for delivery charges outside of our base delivery range.
What if it rains or is too windy?
If it is raining, we cannot set up the inflatable unit. If it is too windy, we cannot set up the inflatable unit. We monitor weather forecasts on the internet and will contact our customers in advance if we feel that weather may be a factor. At the time of this call, our customers may choose not to have the inflatable delivered. We will apply your deposit toward a rescheduled event within 60 days from original event date. If the customer chooses to cancel once we are onsite, then the deposit will be forfeited. Once the inflatable unit(s) are set up, there are no refunds regardless of weather conditions.
What are my responsibilities?
You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines as set forth on the inflatables. A responsible adult must be present at all times when the unit is in use. This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage.
Is there a cleaning charge?
No! As long as it is general cleaning, we will do it. If excessive cleaning is needed, a cleaning charge of $100 will be enforced. At NO times will non-approved chemicals, food, drinks, paint of any kind, silly string, mud, clay, sand or other materials be allowed in and/or on the inflatable(s).
